A wide range of quality calligraphy pens, dip pens, nibs, ink and paper are available and we ship to many countries.

We offer a free Ask the Expert service to help you and Calligraphy Correspondence Courses with a professional scribe can be purchased.

Making A Purchase

1. Browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket.

2. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” icon and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order.

3. Print out your Order Confirmation

4. We accept payment by PayPal and Credit and Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

5. During checkout, you have the opportunity of creating an account, but this is optional. You do not need an account to shop with us. With an account you will be able to view your order history and will be signed up to our newsletter. We usually only send one or two emails a month. You can easily remove yourself from the list, by clicking on the unsubscribe button, which can be found at the bottom of every email.

6. A confirmation email will be sent on receipt of the order.

7 . A receipt will be sent with your goods.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping & Handling charges will automatically be calculated for you.

Depending upon parcel size and your location, we offer a choice of services and you will asked to select your preference during checkout.

Within the UK, if First Class selected, orders weighing over 2kg will usually be sent using Standard Parcel rate.
Heavier orders may be shipped in several smaller parcels.

UK
– Royal Mail First Class and (Parcel Rate for packages over 2Kg)

EUROPE
– Royal Mail Small Packets (ParcelForce for heavier items)

REST OF THE WORLD
– Royal Mail Small Packets (ParcelForce for heavier items)

Delivery

Please allow 4 business days for your order to be dispatched, although usually it is quicker than this.
Currently, we are unable to offer same day dispatch.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Orders made from the UK are subject to VAT. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union, prices are also subject to VAT.

Orders sent to an address outside the EU, are not charged VAT, although your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer or the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the charges.

Guarantee

We hope you will be completely satisfied with the goods you purchase from us. However if any item you receive is not as you expect, please return it to us and we will refund your money in full.
You may cancel the order within 7 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Return the goods to us unused with a cover note and we will refund the cost of the purchase. You must pay the return postage.
Damage claims will be accepted if they are advised within 28 days of the purchase date and we will either replace it or refund your money in full.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
COMPLAINTS – We work hard at providing a professional and reliable service. If however, you have a complaint, then please write to the address given in ‘Contacting Us’ We promise to deal fairly, confidentially and quickly (within 5 working days) to any complaint you might have. We cannot improve our services if we do not know of any failings.

Returns Policy
